Refund Policy - the basics
1. Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your delivery arrives.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.

Exclusions: Sale items, limited-edition drops, and mystery boxes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Return
First, give me a call at 805-952-2767 or leave a message with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

If your item is rejected due to signs of wear, we will contact you to ship the item back at your expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we want to make it right immediately. Please call us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send out a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
